Jo Situ Allen is a multimedia artist whose life force is her medium. She creates illustrations, paintings, experiences, and recipes that connect us to each other and to our planet. 

Her he(art) is informed by her degrees in regenerative ecology/systems and deep care for inclusive communities. She is the author/illustrator of two books on California's native species.

Also known as DIRTY ERASER, Jo is a visual dreamer - telling stories through her art. She is here to make magic happen!

CREATIVE/BRANDING

This is where we merge your vision with my artistic gift.  I co-create brand colors, imagery, and designs with founders (like you) - connecting your spirit with your offerings on this plane.  In three to five sessions we will uncover YOUR visual essence.

With a sense of wonder and curiosity, we will drop into your personal mythology to birth your visual identity.  We'll paint, sketch, play, sculpt – I will be your creative spirit animal on this journey .  You will come away with the DNA of your brand in the form of visual assets.

I am passionate about empowering every student of mine (of all ages and backgrounds) to embrace their inner artist through playing with textures, mediums, colors, and rhythm. 

Creating shifts us into a meditative state, calming the nervous system so that we emerge with clarity and grace.  I gently structure my classes around relevant, seasonal, and collaborative themes. I create a sacred community for my students to realize that they were born creative. 

My passion for exploring spirit, expression, and the wilderness makes for moving (and frequently sold out) experiences throughout Southern California.
